Northshore Title, Inc

DEANA HICKMAN, Vice President, Senior Escrow Officer, and General Manager of Northshore Title, Inc., was born and raised in Pleasanton, Texas.  Mrs. Hickman found her niche in the Title Insurance industry of Texas and has spent 32 years in this field.

Coming to Northshore Title, Inc. twenty years ago, Mrs. Hickman quickly became known as the go-to person at Northshore Title, Inc. for any questions or problems concerning Title Insurance.  She has honed her craft, taking Northshore Title, Inc. to the level of professionalism and integrity that it enjoys, today.  Currently, Mrs. Hickman is responsible for the development of Title Insurance Market Share, Management of Escrow and Business Finances, and Interpretation and Implementation of State Board of Insurance rules and regulations.  She also has served as an elder at First Presbyterian Church in Portland, Treasurer for the Portland Lion's Club and serves on the Hospitality Committee for the Association of Realtors. 

Mrs. Hickman states she has been privileged to serve on the State Education Committee for Title Insurance, as WindFest Co-Chairman, and as ACS Relay For Life Co-Chairman.  She has proudly been awarded the San Patricio County Realtors' Association "Affiliate of the Year Award" in 1991, 1996, and 2004, and was also named "Chamber Member of the Year in 1997".  Deana has served on a steering committee for the "Portland Leadership Class I".  In June 2007 she earned the "Professional Excellence Award" from the Texas Land Title Association.
